NME Chart

Every Monday from 7pm to 9pm, Michelle Owen runs down the NME Chart.

The NME Chart is a UK top 40 compiled exclusively of tracks from the NME world. You won’t find any X Factor winners or losers, nor will you see processed pop or TV show spin–offs. Instead it’s a countdown of credible music broadcast on NME Radio each Monday.

The NME Chart is compiled on a weekly basis by the Official Charts Company from the sales of physical and digital singles through traditional high street retailers, internet retailers and digital music service providers. Singles are eligible for the NME Chart if they have featured on the playlists of NME Radio, NME TV or in NME magazine.
